Overview
This longitudinal defense ground vehicle industry analytics set connects company, facility, vehicle product, contract, production, delivery, readiness, maintenance, programme cost, workforce, research, export-control, supply-risk and forecast data. It separates modelled observations, estimates and projections and preserves feature-source cutoffs for time-aware predictive evaluation. Real geography and official standards provide context only. Commercial entities, people, assets, transactions, measurements and financial values are modelled.

Six new tables carry it: eighteen accounts split into revenue and cost, a cost escalation index that moves four cost families at their own pace, the standard cost rates those families escalate, a line per delivery per account with the driver quantity behind it, a delivery summary with revenue, direct cost, gross profit and operating profit, and the annual contract budget the delivery plans reconcile to. Every rate is quoted in 2015 money and rebased to the year the contract was awarded, so a reader can separate building more units from paying more for the same ones, which is what the old annual summary made impossible. Three existing tables move with it. Programme costs now escalate on the same blended input index instead of holding a unit cost that never changed across twelve years. Direct labour hours follow the vehicle content and come down a learning curve as cumulative volume doubles, where before every type from a light tactical vehicle to a main battle tank drew the same four to nine thousand hours. Manufacturing cost escalates on the same basis. Nothing was renamed or dropped, delivery values and contract values are unchanged, and vehicle sales revenue on the new detail reproduces delivery_value_usd to the cent. |
